As an athlete we are always competing amongst others to be the best at what we do wether it’s in the box as a hitter, on the mound as a pitcher or on the field playing defense. 

To truly understand where we size up and what level we are competing at we MUST involve data. The game is evolving at a rapid pace and the technology involved is allowing players to precisely calculate their metrics. 

We offer data points registered by Trackman and HitTrax, which are two key components used in gathering data at the elite college level along with the Major League Level. These assessments will put you in a position to develop and sharpen your game to assure that you are not falling behind. Along with the assessments we offer specific workouts and drills to help improve certain areas which a player is lacking in. Each athlete will have their own specific profile which will consist of their training numbers throughout every session.
